What do you recommend for someone looking to get into the automotive industry as a technician or a specialist like yourself?

Don't be afraid to reach out to local business owners about your interest in their business and the work that they do. You'll be surprised that many businesses are willing to help out people who show an interest and passion in the work that they choose to do. Put yourself out there. Take a risk. Fear is always gonna be there - don't be afraid to ask for help.
What makes starting a business or new opportunity in Vegas so exciting given your experiences here in different industries?

I wake up every morning not dreading having to go to work. One thing about Vegas that I think it has above all other cities is that it keeps reinventing itself. Every ten years it seems this city changes to adapt to our changing world, and we have to do the same in our lives and the work we choose to do.
